These are some examples of graphs that I have made over the years for various publications and lectures.  All were made using Microsoft Excel.  They demonstrate some of the capabilities of modern software for producing publication-quality plots.  You should look through these examples to get ideas for how you want to depict your own results.  You can click on these images to see a larger version.
